The Crisis of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Persons in North America is more than a crisis.
It is an epidemic.
We’re hoping to help end it.
Our fusion center is dedicated to bringing hope to the families of the missing.
Biometrica is dedicated to combining law enforcement investigative experience, private sector software, data, systems and training tools, along with experience working with tribal nations, to help find American Indian and Alaska Native persons that have gone missing, and try and bring closure to families whose loved ones have been tragically murdered before their time.
Find the Missing & Survivors
There will never be a cold case. We could help sovereign nations find possible vicitms of human trafficking, runaways, or those lured away by looking for them on a 24×7 basis via our Real-Time Victim Identification (RVIS) sensor solution, or through continuous monitoring against our UMbRA database to see if they have had a run in with law enforcement for any reason, in real-time. While this may not seem ideal, it does help families to know where a loved one is and see how they can get them the help they need.
How Would This Work?
Please use the consent form to contact us. If you’re next of kin, please read the details needed in the consent form in order for us to work with law enforcement to set up an automated search for your missing loved one. Please note, in case of an adult survivor being located, their consent would have to be obtained by law enforcement prior to their details being shared with anyone. In the case of a missing minor, we would inform law enforcement of a credible informational lead, and they would investigate and inform you of a match.
Contact Us About a Missing Person
If you would like to enroll a missing person in our search software please email us at info@biometrica.com
We cannot guarantee that every inquiry will be accepted.
If you do not have reliable access to the internet you can write a letter to:
Biometrica
7251 West Lake Mead Blvd Suite 300
Las Vegas, NV 89128
Please understand we cannot accept every case. We are not investigators. That decision will be made in conjunctionwith law enforcement investigators. Filling out a consent form does not ensure that your case will be accepted, however we cannot accept cases without a signed consent form. The consent form will contain PII/SPI data, please do not submit it unless asked to. Please only send these forms securely, we will share how, not through regular mail, because they contain PII (Personally Identifiable Information).
Monitor Cold Cases
We provide tribal law enforcement, or analysts from vetted child protection agencies, anti-human trafficking and public safety-focused tribal government organizations, with the resources to help track known or unknown persons of interest last seen with a missing child or adult member of a sovereign nation, or the person last seen in the vicinity of a victim homicide, in order to gain pointer data or investigative leads. We could also help tribal law enforcement identify unknown victims of homicide or other evens on tribal land.
How Would This Work?
If you are a tribal enforcement agency, please email us to learn more about our RVIS solution and how to gain access. Additionally, as a direct user of Biometrica’s systems, you can be trained in the use of our tool, eMotive-EI. This will allow you to build your own encrypted dataset/s of MMIP case persons of interest or cold case files you need to monitor, while maintaining digital chain of custody and audit trails. Alternatively, a mission-aligned partner can use the consent form to contact us.
